I have a TPO roofover on a mobile home. What is the best way to clean it and what do you use?

I use a small Ryobi pressure washer. I think it is a 1700 cfm. Not the smallest one, but the next size up. Got it cheap on sale. Plenty strong enough. Easy to pack around. I use just water, no soap. If you had a bad mildew area, you could spray it with Simple Green from a bug sprayer, or douse the area with Spi-n-Span, let it sit a few minutes, scrub if necessary, then rinse with the pressure washer. I have cleaned 20 yr old single ply roofs, with zero damage.
