I just bought a mobile home and it has VOG walls. In several areas the vinyl has separated from the gypsum. I'm thinking a little spray adhesive will fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestion? I plan on painting after the repairs are done.

You could try spray, many just skim coat with joint compound & paint it.
