Replacing Rotted Floor Joists

Hi All

I'm new to this forum and mobile homes.

So I bought a bank owned as is property with 2 mobile homes that have additions added to the back as sun rooms. They are 1988 Clayton single wides. After removing the carpet I found an area of the floor still wet. After removing the sub floor I found a leak in the plumbing which is repaired. Nothing new I'm sure.

What I need to do is to replace the rotted section of the joist. My thought is to sister a new joist from I-beam to I-beam nailing the new joist above the I-beams then cutting out the rotted section. Should I install a new joist in place of the rotted section also? Is there a better way to do it?

Cut out the rotted section and sister it up. replace the sub flooring with plywood.
