I'm looking to sell my double wide which is on a foundation, on a corner lot that I own.

I'd like to sell it quickly, such as to one of those companies that buys "ugly houses," but I can't find any that purchase mobile homes.

Do you good folks know of any companies that will purchase mobile homes as well as regular houses?

Since you own the land that the home is on, try contacting a real estate agent and let them guide you. Every area is different, they know people or have someone looking.
If you have any mobile home parks in the area post some notices there, there are people looking to get out of park and buy their own land.

You may want to check out local manufactured home retailers in your area, some of them do buy homes. Look on www.manufacturedhomes.com to find one near you.
