Vinyl Siding - All the same?

I'm looking at mobile homes. It seems all the new ones come with vinyl siding. I'm not a big fan of the engineer wood products due to maintenance. I know there are difference in quality of vinyl out there. How do I know that I'm getting good quality? What do I ask for? Thanks.

I think that I would find out the siding manufacturer and look for information that way.

Viny Siding - Foam Core vs OSB Backer?

The home comes standard with a foam core backer. I can upgrade to an OSB backer for $500. Which should I choose? Opinions please. Thank you.
