Exterior outswing door hinge pin

I have searched through the old posts and found the link to purchase replacement hinges for exterior out swing MH doors. Without dismantling everything, I am guessing the nylon grommets have worn. My problem is I believe the continuous pin has broken. Does anyone know how I can replace this pin? I refuse to give up and replace the entire door when the actual door is in excellent shape. Has anyone attempted this repair? Any ideas?
