I would also check the level of the home, as that would most likely show you that this is a level problem. I have never worked on a mobile home with a basement, so I really do not have anything to offer, as far as a foundation inspection or solution. I have worked on a lot of newer homes, with textured walls. I have noticed cracks in the texture in all of them. Old mobile homes used paneling and lot's of trim, including batten trim at panel joints, to make separations less noticeable.
