stick and repair tape

Can you put this tape on the roof of an RV seam, then roll on the rubberized roof coating over it?

I am pretty sure that that would work, but you might want to look at Eternabond Web Seal. The Web Seal product works best when it is going to be coated. Instead of the smooth white pvc or whatever layer that the stick & repair tape has, it has a polyester mesh that really works well to bond sealants like Liguid Rubber / Liquid Roof, to the tape product. I use these products when repairing old rubber and pvc roofs.
