Hello, Since I just bought my first Mobile Home I'm going to ask what feels like a stupid question. The Home Inspector who did the pre-purchase inspection said the roof is Aluminum and looks to be in good shape, but the nails around the roof vents need to be sealed because they are currently exposed.

Does that just mean they need to have caulking put on them or am missing something?

Also just wondering would it be worth it to putting something like Henry's Aluminum Roof Coating on the roof?

It can never hurt to do a good roof coat.
You will need to determine what if any type of coating has been used prior. We recommend elastomeric roof coatings since they will expand & contract without flaking if they are put down correctly. If there is an asphalt based coating you would probably need to remove that to switch to elastomeric , but check the manufacturer's directions.
Personally I like the white over the silver since it reflects more.
