I have a 1970 mobile home. I would like to replace the original avacoda green toilet and round sink. Do I have to purchase a toiler and sink specifically made for a mobile home or can I just buy a 12" toilet and round sink from Home Depot or Lowes. Thanks.

any toilet should be fine, do some measuring to make sure you have enough room from the wall to the flange.

Inspect the floor for soft spots and water damage. Saw a neighbors toilet sink through the floor joisted because of a rotted floor under the linoilium flooring.
The problem is not the problem; the problem , is your attitude towards the problem.
