I have a few sections of ceiling panels that were water damaged and droop. I don't have the money to replace them. I was wondering if misting them until they are flexible and then propping them up with a piece of plywood and a brace would straighten then out enough (after they dry out) to be reattached? Also have a few drooping areas of the strips that are between the panels - same question plus - how do you re-attach them? Would something like Liquid Nails and a brace until they dry work? If this works I figure I can paint with Bin to cover the staining and then ceiling paint.

Thanks!

The first thing you need to do is take care of the source of the water.
Depending on the type of ceiling panels you may be able to add some screws into the trusses to help. I don't know if misting would help or not, but you could try.
