Ceiling planks over existing panels?

Has anyone installed these kind of planks over the existing panels with strips? Either via the metal strips or adhesive? http://www.armstrong.com/residential-ce ... 4149-53737
They seem like they would be a good lightweight solution to covering the ceiling.
