Would this be too heavy for my floor - 1988 double wide?...

Rather large..... would I have to prop up the floor from below? The floor joists are 2 X pretty big :-)..

OK, I'll bite, What is it?
You may have to do some reinforcing and add some support under the home but I think you will be fine.

Thanks, Greg - does anybody else have LARGE organs in their mobile home? I'm restoring this one - it's a 1927 Skinner from the Ritz Theater in New York.

I'll build a pier under where this organ will be going - should weigh around 500 pounds maybe?.....

A fully loaded refrigerator will be right around that weight. I think you will be fine.
Our water bed weighs a lot more than that!
