Hi. Searched and read some threads but didn't find an all inclusive topic. The roof was on the place when we bought it. All I know is it's a white, rubber roof.

It has mold on the roof eaves and some on top. It's not extensive but it unsightly on the eaves and I don't want it to get out of control on the roof. It gets a lot of sun, it's not in the shade.

What's the best product/method to clean it? I tried an electric homeowner pressure (1600 PSI) washer and a brush on a long handle and it had very little effect.

How about coating it and sealing it and around vents?

Thanks!

Wasn't sure how the chemical products would affect the rubber.
