Hello.

Last night I was underneath my mobile home and decided to cut open the belly bag to check for leaks. While there was no condensed liquid, I could feel the thinnest layer of steam on the interior side of the belly plastic. I am guessing this is normal because of the temperature difference from inside to outside the belly bag. Ambient temps were right around freezing.

This is rather like if you would breathe on a window from inside your house in winter. Thin layer of steam just from your breath. No condensed liquid at all. Normal or ???

Check your dryer vent, may be loose and dumping warm moist air into belly. Should not be any moisture in belly. Usually sign of leak when moisture is on the warm side of belly skin.
Other problem may be allot of people in house, failure to use bath fan,kit range fan and or whole house fan. Allot of people living in house and washing allot of clothes and not using exhaust fans can be a issue. Failure to use fans during shower/bath especially during winter.
Check bath and tub traps for leaks.
