cover installed porch insulation with???

Hello,

I have installed insulation (batting) under my porch where there once was none at all & I am getting different opinions for covering the insulation to improve the energy efficiency of the porch area. Some folks say just plastic sheeting, some say Tyvek type cover, and some are saying fiberboard.
What do you all have to say and recommend?

I'm guessing that you are enclosing the porch. Tyvek or belly wrap would be the easiest to work with.
