1st Post but have been lurking for quite some time!

Recently purchased a 12x60 single wide sits on a finished & liveable basement and about a quarter acre. Place is in decent shape for the most part but we would like to renovate and basically gut the place and rebuild to customize for us (wife, two young daughters, and a mutt).

Demolition is basically finished and about to move on to rebuilding phase. I've been chronicalling the progress via pics and videos (the videos might have some adult language, nothing too bad) on OneDrive.

I wanted to share the link and get any/all input as far as our plans for this remodel and if there is anything you might do differently, etc....

Here is link to OneDrive photos/videos outlining plan and progress so far (I hope this allowed, I promise link is safe!).

Thanks for any and all input/suggestions!

Lots of work, but it will be worth it. I like the idea of a walk out basement.

No problems with links that pertain with your project. The links that we have problems with are the SPAM links.
