Outside spigot

My outside spigot is leaking. Would like some input on how I replace this?

My best answer is stop by your local hardware store or the plumbing department at the nearby big box store and inquire there. Some repairs require just a new washer while some require a whole new spigot.

By leaking are you saying it is dripping (not shutting off fully) or leaking at the connection?
