I am the type of person that really does not like to place blame, but many of the incidents read to me like just plane stupidity.
I see accident incident stories every week at work that tries to lay blame solely on the employee, I suspect that if they were hit by a meteor the report would say "They were calling for Meteor showers and the employee should have been better prepared"

Right after reading this, I had to do an underbelly repair. There was romex running everywhere and right where I needed to be. I started thinking...."Naw... Really?"

I think all members who diy in their crawlspace should read this. at least the ones who have no earthly idea what they are doing. which is probably over 75% (gotta add the lurkers).
