Is the toilet a standard size - or a "mobile" size? It looks small to me. If it is not standard, where might I find one that fits?

Usually all the same size. What you have to be sure of is the "rough in" dimension, it should be 12". That is the measurement from the wall behind the toilet to the center of the floor flange. If less you may have trouble with some toilets due to their design. However there are situations where you may have a 10" rough in, that will require a special toilet.
