It's been ages since I've been here. Just thought I'd say hi.

We are still in our 1967 Landola double-wide. It's been almost 8 years since we remodeled it and moved in. It's been uneventful until this winter. We had a frozen/burst water pipe in January and now a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Major ice build-up tore the gutter away and we think it breached the roof or edge of the roof, allowing the melting snow to leak in. We know we need a new roof ..........that's the only thing that wasn't redone. Hopefully this summer, depending on finances - lol

Hope everyone is well.

It's been a rough winter everywhere I think. We have had pipes freeze that have never froze in 22 years, so you're not alone.
