Can someone tell me specifically what to use and how to apply it? I have one of those standard plastic tubs that are in MH's. Thanks

The DIY product is sold at building supply stores. It is not as durable as a professional refinish job but it does stand up to 2-3 years use.

If you have one of the standard ABS plastic tubs check the drain area very closely for cracks. That type of tub is very prone to cracking usually due to poor support near the drain.

I think you are supposed to reglaze a tub and not just paint it but it can depend on the material it is. At the last apartment I was at when I moved in there were a few cracks in the bottom of the tub and 3 years later most of the paint, or whatever they used was chipped away in large chunks.
