With a new gut job that is... lol

Anyway I was hanging out around here back in 2007 when I was tricked into a 12x55? mobile home that was a mess. I got the place back on track after a lot of help from all of you here on the forums. Thank you all for your tireless help.

Now I am back with another wreck... Its a 14x70 that was taken over by rats and mice and lots of water damage. I hope to have it all gutted out and clean by this weekend.

Here are some pictures to get you up to speed.

http://www.mrrepairs.net/mh/laborday2013/

The pictures start out on Saturday morning with all the studs in place and missing some floor in the kitchen. Then they go on to show the floor gone in the back bedroom and bath. We also put the toilet back with some 3/4 ply and pex so we had some sort of facilities while we are out there.

Anyway I will be asking some questions as to whats recommended this day and age to get this beast back into shape.

Thanks for any of your time in advance.
