I just got a second patch of smartside panels and they look like pringles. Think they will pull flat or should I just take the whole lot back and go somewhere else?

They will be installed on 2x4 16" o.c. exterior over housewrap. My concern is that they may have been in the weather for some time.

I answered my own question - I'll take it back and see if they have some covered stock that is in better shape.

They were probably "Special order" for doing curved walls, and they cost a LOT more( just wait till you try to get them to lay flat) !!!

Lol. Well I returned them. They were surprisingly understanding about it. Apparently after I purchased these, they brought in a new batch that was nice and flat which I now have a truckload of.

Started installation on a corner that I knew had some water damage. Looks like I'll need to replace about 4 feet sill plate and 4 feet of rim joist.

I just did this on one side of a 66' sw; found the rim joist 75 perc nt gone from Damp wood termites. Grr
