Looks like you're making some good progress!

I've heard that a lot about the "all in one" paint and primer, that it doesn't cover good and you still end up putting multiple coats on. I haven't taken the chance and tried it myself yet. I usually do a primer coat, top coat, and then a second top coat.

It's hard to tell how well it covers when painting over the texture, but it covered great over the old paneling. I probably won't even need a second coat.

I'll know for sure when I paint the flat drywall that's going up in the kitchen and (eventually) bedroom.
