If you are going to get that one I would go with something like this, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dremel-6300-DR- ... 0504581%26. For the same price it's factory reconditioned, the one you linked to looked pretty used. I bought a factory reconditioned dremel multimax from CPO outlets and it's been fine for me. The dremel will get the job done but it will be slow and the blades cost a pretty penny. Just some things to think about. I love mine and use it for all sorts of things, it's been laying out in the kitchen and used every day for the last week or so.
I have that one also in my watch list trying to decide. This kit http://www.ebay.com/itm/261137945754?ss ... 1423.l2649 would be nice t have to for spare part adaptors.

I've found amazon is about the best price on blades. Here is that same kit for 31 bucks with free shipping, http://www.amazon.com/Dremel-MM388-Mult ... emel+mm388. The blades last a pretty long time unless you hit a nail or something. But they sure are expensive! Some of them costing almost half the price of the tool itself. The blades you linked to also comes with some detailed sanding paper which I've found extremely handy. The triangle shape gets into tight spaces. The scraper blade is also nice for things like caulk.

:D That dream machine will work wonders on chiseling away at that old soft rotten water damaged particle board under the wall joist board that's hard to get to.
Have to get me one of those back braces though so my back won't be still lying down on my side for so long.
Or I could just hire someone to come in & be done with it.
Its so hard to repair floors so close to a wall damaged so bad this way. :(
