My maintenance guide does not specify to clean coils and my Maintenance Insurance won't. The coils are very difficult to reach and appear to be corroded any suggestions?

Cleaning AC coils
Yes and yes, if they cannot be cleaned or are very rusted or leaking.
Sometimes they must be removed by a Tech to be cleaned.
The below link will tell a general way to clean most a-Coils that are not overly corroded or dirty.
Be careful and if hard to get to, may best to go ahead and call a Tech.
Thanks,
Robert
