Adding Duct

I have a mobile home 14x80 with a new addition that is 16x30 consisting of 2 rooms! The furnace is a Miller 90% mobile home furnace brand new this year plenty of air movement I want to add 3 registers to the addtion the duct work runs alone the mobile on the very back side furthest away from the addition to be ducted. I have no choice but to use insulated flex (im not worried so much about critters I can secure the flex from them) what would be the proper placement and spacing in the existing truck for these 3 runs?

also if you place the runs too close together will this dimish air flow dramtically? I was told to use 3 seperate runs not to use a Tee or a Wye
