I am having a continuous problem with snow blocking my chimney. What can be done as a temporary fix (until weather changes or gets better temp/ wind wise)? What could be done for a permanent fix? Please help- I am desperate!! This is the 3rd time my heat has went out because of snow on the roof blocking the chimney in months time.

The only idea I have is to extend the chimney. Perhaps Robert or others have a better idea. Greg
