Coleman Evcon EB12B outside unit does not run in heat mode. Runs in A/C mode. Heat does work (inside unit) so I'm guessing the T-stat is OK. Completely checked power and wiring just to be sure there were no breaks or shorts. Any sugestions? Does the manual give troubleshooting guides and schematics? I'm a retired electronics tech so I just need something to go by.

The outside condenser won't run in heat mode unless it is a heat pump.


What is the outside condenser model number ?

If it is a heat pump, not too much you can DIY as it is easy to create costly repairs with a heat pump if you are not experienced working on them.
