My fathers furnace went out and he had to replace it. the contractor installed a new coleman upflow furnace for him but their is no return.

His mobile home will only get warm while the furnace is on and his gas bill in the winter triples and i am not exaggerating.
Is this normal for a contractor to not put in a return with the furnace?

The return should be at the front louvered door panel of furnace or a grille at the furnace.


Have you called the installer back out ?
