condensation

I am currently remodeling my 10 year old double wide. I have the trim removed around the marriage joints and am putting in a new floor along with trim. I am getting drips of water from above now and am wondering if it is because the heat is getting into my (attic) space because the trim is off. It is winter and cold now. I do see insulation between the marriage. Will this drippage stop when I replace the marriage trim?
Could it be that when I replaced my thermostat with a Honeywell Focus Pro 5000 this past fall that it is hooked up wrong and my air exchange is not running? I am thinking it has an alarm if it quits working but I'm not sure of that.

Hi Roger,

IF the water was there before you removed the trim, there should be evidence of it (water stains).

Inspect and recheck everything closely and you should be able to determine the origin of it.

Thanks,
