Coleman Model#3010

I have access to a Coleman gas heater model 3010. It appears to be in very good condition. Could this unit be used to heat a 14' x 28' insulated garage ? Any information is greatly appreciated. Brian F.

Hi Brian,
1- Check local codes to be sure it is ok to use it in the garage and to see if there are any restrictions and/or guidelines.
2- Do a ACCA Manual J Load Calculation to know what size you would need to heat the space.
3- Have it thoroughly inspecetd by an hvac tech to ensure it is safe to use.
IF all 3 are good to go, then have at it and enjoy.
