Gas Furnace cuts in and out at lower temperature settings

Hi All,
I am hoping someone has some suggestions as to why my 1994 natural gas furnace cuts in and out when I have it at a lower temperature setting overnight. I usually set the thermostat at just below 60 degrees, and I always have to get up and turn the darn thing right off, as it cycles at these lower temps. No problem when I move the setting up to between 67 and 70. I have replaced the relays and that did not solve the mystery. Plus, the furnace gets it's yearly maintenance from a professional, and even he cannot come up with a solution. Anyone else have these kind of issues? any thoughts as to what may be the problem? Any help will be appreciated.
