hello guys I'm new here i have a central air and the vent temp closest to the furnace is 64.6 is that ok ? On a day that's about 80 out side my ac runs all day set on 77 . I read about cleaning the a coil that helped it was very dirty and it was freezing up I guess cause air was not moving throw it . but it still runs all day cant cool it past 78 any ideas ?
Hi,
Too warm register temp, have an hvac tech check charge, a-coil condition, refrigeration ops and airflow specs.
At 78* indoor temp, should have around 56* to 60* register temp closest to a-coil.
Thanks,
Robert
