Fleetwood no HVAC

I just took a very quick look (for reasons that would take me too long to explain) at a 2001 Fleetwood double wide, 24 X 48, 3 bed, 2 bath, mobile home that appeared to have not been lived in. It had a window unit air-conditioner but it did not appear to have any sort of HVAC system at all. I didn't get to look around thoroughly and I will get to go back and inspect further should I decide to pursue buying this home. There was a large closet inside the master bedroom that appeared to have hookups for something, but I couldn't tell what. There was no outside condenser unit either. The washer/dryer hookups are in the kitchen.

Does Fleetwood build and sell homes that have no HVAC?

if it has reg. in floor or ceiling then it had a fur. and maybe ac. I in my fleetwood DW my furn. is next to the water heater in a closet like thing
