Central Electric Furnace is only blowing cool air.

I have a Central Electric Furnace. The model number - EB17B and the serial number - W0H5698597. The Problem is that is only is blowing cool air. It is a fairly new furnace (less than 5 years) and I cleaned off all the dust I could. I also found stamped inside "Coleman 7681-607" If anyone has any tips or has run into a similar problem and could help that would be great. Thanks - Jonny

Are you getting 240vac across each element coil end terminals ?
