Hi,

Most likely, your cross-over duct that connects the two main trunklines has come disattached, kinked, crushed or torn.

Look underneath the home for one or possibly two flex ducts hanging down going from one side to the other.

It will be 10" - 14" usually.

If you locate it and it is as I stated, you'll need to replace it.

Now, unless you wish to do this replacement again, do not replace it with flex-duct only.

Either get two 90* elbows for each end collar and run hard metal duct between them or stretch flex-duct tight between them.

Support at least 2-3 times in middle with blocks, straps, etc....

If you use metal duct and for the 90* ells, wrap with insulation/vapor barrier.

Use screws, foil tape, zip ties and seal everything tight.

Thanks,
Robert
