Say someone has a 28x66 double wide and they put one large window unit in the living room. The central air does not cool but the blower fan still runs on auto. Is it possible to wire the blower fan at the thermostat so the blower run according to what the large window unit is keeping the room temp at?
The window unit is set to keep the room at 74degs. By setting the the wall thermostat at or around 74 the blower circulates the cool living room air to other rooms. By hooking the blower to the thermostat it can turn off and on when the window unit does.
I hope I explained my idea right.

Anything is possible, but you would have to cut in a low voltage control circuit into the window air condidtioner. All the controls on those utilize line voltage. It would require a transformer, some relays and such but it could be done. Not worth it in my opinion though. Set the temp control on the window unit then just run the blower "ON" position of the thermostat. That will effectively do the same thing.
