Replaced contator and relays still have problem

After replacing the contactor (621958) and the replays (621898/ 621899) as you suggested, my intertherm electric furnace still heats after the thermostat has shut off the blower. I turned the heater back on after the work was complete and found that after the blower shut off, and was off for some time, that the heater was hotter than heck.I had to resort to turning off the breakers and it finaly cooled off once again.
Do you have any other sugestions of why this heater is doing what it is?
