Heating element won't shut off

Intertherm model #E2EB-015HB won't turn off completly. After the unit reaches the correct tempreture the blower shuts down but the heating element stays on. The only way I can shut it down is to turn off the breakers.
Do you have ant idea what the problem is?
The unit at this time also seems to put out less heat than normal. Should I replace the heating element along with any other switches?

Hi,

You have a contactor and two blower relays that control the blower and elements in the circuit and the wiring runs through those.

One or more would be most common for problem.

Contactor # 621958

Relay # 621898

Relay # 621899

Those are most common, but would have to test circuits with volt meter to know for sure.
