Propane wall heater flickers badly

I had two of these professionally installed this past summer. As you will see in the short video, the flame sputters excessively at times. Almost as if the unit is deciding it needs to come on, and then instantly deciding it's time to turn off. Could this be due to my roughly 5,000 foot elevation? If so, are there any work arounds for this problem?

Thanks!

We had similar symptoms in the past and were said that it's probably a clogged pilot orifice.
To get at it you'd have to remove the pilot assembly and it be inside by the burner end. Very, very tiny holes these pilot holes are. Don't take much to partially get them blocked off. When partially blocked off, the pilot sensing system cannot detect the flame to within specifications, so then it will not allow the furnace to proceed to light the main burners.
