Interherm FEBA-012HA I'm having problems with my blower. It runs on a slow speed much slower than the normal low speed all the time even when the thermostat is on off. The heating coils stay on all the time too even when you have the a/c on. When you turn the thermostat to heat it kicks on high speed for a minute then slows down to the normal heater speed. The only way to shut the blower and heat coils off is by breaker. I replaced the sequencer thermostat and tested the blower relay. Please help Thanks in advance.

Sounds like there could be several things going on there. A bad relay along with some wiring issues. It would be very tough to talk one through something like this. I think the best plan of action would be to get a cheap HEAT only thermostat and about 25' of 2 conductor thermostat wire, pull the current thermostat wiring off at the furnace ( all of it including the AC wiring) and ONLY connect the low voltage red and white thermostat wires (these are for heat only) to the cheap thermostat using the new wire. It's "unproffesional" but drape the wiring over a door or 2 in the hallway allowing the new cheap, heat only thermostat to hang about the same height as the original mounted to your wall. Doing this will eliminate your current thermostat and all the field wiring from the furnace and potentially isolate your problem.
