Heating elements stay on all the time. During the winter I noticed that the heating elements would sometimes stay on even after the blower cut off. I just turned the system off at the breakers and left the blower on and turned the system on and off manually.

Just flipped it over to AC and noticed that when the blower cut off there was HEAT coming off the unit. Heating elements on all the time, even when set to AC. Not sure what part is at fault here. can't really use the breaker method for the AC if it is also blowing heat at the same time.

Sounds like you have either a bad t-stat or bad sequencer(s). Sequencer would be my choice.

Having same thing on with mine,have had all parts tested and are fine does a E2EB015HB have a control circuit board??? was told may have dead short
