FEH-015HA-03

My furnace, an FEH-015HA-03 clicks the heat on but the fan will not cut on. You can turn it on manually. Sometimes I'll turn it off at the breaker for a while and back on and it will work fine for anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks and then start acting up all over again. I've replaced the quick disconnect, fuses and thermostat. I called you guys a year ago and was told I needed a sequencer. Is that what I need and which one?
