Filter type for MGH Intertherm

Have a Intertherm MGH model a/c gas furnace & using those 1"thick cardboard filters that I assume are suppost to go in the hanging door. The door has 2 med size vent openings & one small one at the bottom but I tape it closed. Everytime I install new ones they get all bent up on the edges where they fit inro the corners & don't exactly fit correctly anyway. They have small open gaps around them. I got them from Wally World.
I would upload pics to show them but my pics when trying to upload them gives me an error message wrong size when trying to upload them here. Says: "The extension bmp is not allowed".
