I have an Intertherm (1987)15Kw electric furnace, problem is I cannot find a model or serial # on this unit. What do I do? QUESTION: With ampmeter on coils, when furnace starts power to coil and fan start same time, when shuts down power to coils and fan off at same time . I believe what I need is the sequencer. Thanx for any help

Hi Gord,

Data sticker should be on lower electrical component panel cover. WITH a call for heat from t-stat, you should have 240vac across each element coil after about 30/45 seconds.

Test end terminals on white ceramic insulators.

Sequencer is most common problem.

Thanks,
Robert
