My issue is my furnace clicks anywhere from 12-20 times before kicking on. I had a service guy look at it last year and he found the screw installed for Natural Gas when I'm running Propane. Could this be an issue with the orifice being the wrong size? He also installed a new igniter. Thanks for any help!

Check the orifice for any clogs from spider-web-bug.


See if the ignitor is getting full 120vac to it for about 35 seconds or so.
