Miller/Nordyne CFM100-PG-DI-N
The furnace starts. Just before the the fan starts the burner stops. It is an "aux. limit" in series with the fan control high limit and door switch that opens. The fan usually starts right after and as the heat exchanger is cooling down, the burner will start again. At best the unit is cycles on and off but heats. Other times it will never get going enough to heat.
What is the "aux. limit"?
Is it in the air flow? (it looks like it is on the burner side but I can not tell)
If it is a temperature limit what is the temp?
What is the part number?
Thanks for any help.

It's a Limit that shuts down burners/gas valve IF blower fails to start or run properly.

It is most likely faulty and tripping due to weak contacts if blower motor seems to be ok.

Aux. Limit # 300609008 @ $14 + $6 shipping.

If interested, please call toll free to 1-877-263-7860 after 9AM CST tomorrow and charge to Visa or Mastercard or have a PayPal Invoice sent to you for payment.

Thanks.
What is it (the limit) called?
I by-passed it and everything worked great but obviously did not want to leave it by-passed.
