fan runs continuous and heater elements warm with unit off

i have a nordyne E2EB-015HA FURNACE WITH A/C. A- COIL FILLED UP WITH WATER AND DRIPPED ON DOWN TO FAN RELAY AND SEQUENCERS. WHEN UNIT IS OFF LOW SPEED FAN IS STILL ON AND I FEEL LOW HEAT AT THE ELEMENTS. WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE FAN RELAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE 2 SEQUENCERS , A DOUBLE POLE AND SINGLE POLE. ( THEY HAVE RUST ON THEM) WILL REPLACING ALL 3 SOLVE THE PROBLEM? WHAT ARE THE PART # . THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP

First, you would need to correct water problem. Then, replacing those may or may not solve it.

Depends on whether any other parts were wet and damaged and/or shorts caused by the water.
